The truth about OEM "side skirts"

Is there a difference that happens between pre-facelift and facelift? Or is it by model (RZ, RZ-S etc)?

These are the 2 types that I believe to be OEM but don't know which cars had which skirts fitted from factory. I've seen facelift cars and pre-facelift with both types fitted.

The factory 'skirts' are standard 3 pieces, front wing black trim that clips and screws to the front wings, rocker/sill trim, a long black part that clips to the bottom of the side of the car, and the rear part, the colour coded Duct, comes in the body colour with a moulded black peice to join to the sill and front wing trim.

The OEM skirts are available in fibreglass copies, and alot of sellers have very good fitting ones. Reason id suggest fibreglass over original now, that over years plastic dries out and cracks easily, these will be over 20 years old now and dried out, not strong. Fibreglass coppies made recently with take good flex and can be repaired easily. Im going to make a guess and say its pretty hard to find undamaged oem skirts now, they tend to split where they curve up and screw to the wing to.

OEM skirts were availabe to all Jspec supras, USA didnt get offered them from new, nor did UKs, but correct me if im wrong with UK specs.

The middle pictures with the skirts with the lip at the bottom is a RidoxIIRC.

The grey Supe in the second pictures is lovely. Wonder who's that was?
