k222bye Posted July 21, 2016 Share Posted July 21, 2016 So, as many of you may already know, Toyota is teasing us with the new FT1 2018 Car, many people speculate this as the Supra successor. My question is should Toyota retire the Supra name with the MKIV Supra? Personally I think the car looks amazing, however it has a lot of expectations to beat if it is going to carry the Supra badge. nolizma Posted July 21, 2016 Share Posted July 21, 2016 If it carries the name it has to compete with the likes of NSX, GTR and so on imo.. It is also supposed to be developed together with BMW. I think this is to try and make it more affordable. Also rumored to be 4wd similar to the nsx ie electric motors for the front and internal combustion for the rear wheels.
