1999 Toyota Supra RZ-S Twin Turbo BPU Tiptronic in 040 White

 

Miles: 60500 - covered around 3000 miles in my year and half ownership

 

MOT: Due Aug 2016

 

Service History: Oil Change in March 2016, All fluids changed, Auxiliary and plugs April 2015, Cambelt done at 45,000 miles.

 

Previous Owners: 2, Imported from Japan in 2008.

 

Car Location: Sheffield near M1

 

The car is wax oiled underneath, rust free, kept on the drive and sorned in the winter. Weekend car only, only filled up with Shell V Power.

 

A bit of history about the car:

 

Picked it up in November 2014, always wanted a white one and after looking on the owners club (MKivSupra.net), I found one within budget not too far away. First thing to do was have the car wax oiled and the original spoiler sprayed and put back. Not taking any chances I took the car down to a Supra specialist (Chris Wilson) to have the entire car checked over and all fluids, plugs, and other service items changed. We found a few little niggles which were sorted whilst down there. I also had the car fitted with a Fuel Cut Defender and had the boost turned up to 1.2 bar with a restrictor ring to get full bpu. All the other associated mods were fitted by the previous owner to get the power I wanted.

 

Got the car back in Spring 2015, took it to lots of shows over the summer and enjoyed the car for what it was. The wheels needed refurbishing which I got powder coated in shadow chrome and I changed the exhaust to a Nur Spec R for a louder noise. I got the car dyno'd at Noble Motorsport and made a reliable 398bhp 355lbs at 1.18 bar. I had no problems with car throughout the summer and I waxed the car to be sorned for the winter.

 

Spring 2016 I took the car for a oil change, had the front splitter and the back of the car resprayed due to wear, fitted facelift spats and changed a few hoses in the engine bay.

Full double decatted 3" Exhaust with 1.0 Bar restrictor ring and Nur Spec R cat back (comes with bung)

HKS Induction Kit with Mushroom cone

HKS Blow Off Valve

SRD 4" Front Mount Intercooler

Chris Wilson Fuel Cut Defender

Blitz Dual SBC Boost Controller (set at 1.18 bar, 4 different boost settings for winter, eco driving etc.) (398bhp 355lbs dynod at Noble Motorsport)

 

Wheels/Tyres:

 

18" XXR 521's powder coated in shadow chrome with plastic rivets. Front 18x8 Et25 114.3x5 Rear 18x10 Et25 114.3x5 - These could do with another refurb, cant seem to get black dots off which have appeared but no curbing or stone chip damage.

Maxxis Victra Ma-Z all round - good amount of tread left, Front 235/40/18, Rear 265/35/18

Full Uk Spec Supra Bigger Brakes - EBC Pads, I do get little squeak sometimes on braking - no catching on alloys - Calipers powder coated in purple with Supra logo

LSD off a Toyota Soarer - This is based on what previous has told me, no receipt for this.

New bigger battery

5000k HID Headlights

Tinted back windows

Hornet Alarm with Auto lock doors

 

Exterior:

 

One off unique bonnet with blended in scoop with windscreen washers relocated to panel underneath front window

Smoothed off aerial and rear wiper

Top Secret Side Skirts - A few chips on the inside pod section, and some of the sealant has gone discolored

MVP Front Splitter - Resprayed in March 2016

Facelift Spats - Resprayed and fitted in March 2016

Paintwork/Other:

 

The car had a full respray in 040 White by the previous owner and I had the back end, front splitter and spats sprayed while I owned it. Theres a folder full of receipts from me and the previous owners, along with all the MOTS and import documents. Comes with 2 spare keys and 1 spare fob.

 

Bad Bits:

 

Theres a few stone chips on the bonnet and on the side skirt pods. The car has been 100% reliable in my ownership, with no 1/4 runs or trackdays. MOT shows up advisory for wheel bearing and bushes which I have had checked out twice, both garages said it didnt need doing and there were alot of miles left in them.

 

I have tried to be as honest as I can with the advert and Ive got the car up to a standard I am happy with. Spent lots of time and money to get the car running reliable without going over the top with bodykits, stretched tyres etc. The car gets attention everywhere and I will be sad to see it go. Im selling due to lack of use and maybe another car purchase. I may have missed some points on the car due to the mod list been quite long but if I find anything else Ill update the advert.

I have priced the car based on the market for a tiptronic car, I have had a few interested already and arranged some viewings. I did think it was underpriced but im getting offers of £11.5k and people arnt wanting to budge anymore.
