Hi everyone, Last week I (with a lot of help from Josh42 and our friend chris) changed the cambelt, auxiliary belt, idler tensioner and coolant change on my supra. After the last service the old cambelt was given a close inspection, it was looking about time for a new replacement and was pretty good timing given that the car will be traveling around Europe very soon. A few more bits and pieces and it'll be ready for the trip!

I'd agree with the 5 years change, it's a good way to keep an eye on the crank pulley if nothing else. Had the belt changed when I bought it and found the crank pulley was about done. I also needed a new radiator and swapped the water pump while it was all in pieces. Would still have done it even if I'd known I wouldn't kill the engine if a belt snapped...
