Looks like they have put quite a bit of thought into it. Basically same spec as the one I'm using as you know, but has instant boot up (very nice) where mine takes about 8-15 secs from hibernate. It also looks better because of the front panel.
Any idea if they ship to the UK and prices?
Havent been in touch direct, but Liniti.com (think thats what theyre called) are apparently getting them as part of their stock within the next 2-3 weeks. The only thing I can see thats against it (for me anyway) is that they dont do touchscreen

How well do these incar pc's cope with the vibration and bumps when driving. I'd like something like that so I can monitor my engine management system but with a set of bone breaking coilovers I'd of though a hard drive would get scrambled pretty quick!
Thanks

I went with a 100GB hard drive but one that only spins at 4200 RPM rather than 5400. Gives me a better safety margin. I have had no problems with mine due to vibrations and I use the Supra alot on country B roads :D

Out of interest is your car lowered or on coilovers etc? :D My MR2 is pretty much rigid lol

It has the Bilstein additional handling pack on it, which I believe to be a pay extra when they are first bought new. So I would say it stiffer than stock yes. It's not lowered to my knowledge. It's sat on 18" Volk racing split rims with 40 / 35 profile tyres. I also have a TRD front strut brace.

Cool :D
I might look into one of these. Dunno if it'll be a bit too fast and the furious to have graphs of what my car's doing on a screen though lol!!
Does anyone have a basic shopping list of components ?
I'mev getting confused but might have a crack at this in the summer when I'm rich again

I've got all mine installed up and running. I would ask WSB2 about the shopping list as he is looking at organising a group buy plus he is looking around at diff companies and speaking to them.
It always going to be best if you buy a package of the equipment as I spent quite a long time getting all the components from all over, yes I saved probably £100 but would have happily paid the extra for it to be all packaged up.
IMHO there are still issues regarding getting the audio from the PC to a fully blown ICE install system like mine.
For a standard sound system there is no problem or a single amp system, but when you have 6-8 component sets plus sub utilizing 3 amps your gonna hit a problem with the setting up :( as getting independent speaker control etc isn't easy.
But gimme another 3-4 weeks and I WILL have this sorted :D cant do it this weekend as I'm at a friends party, then in Germany the weekend after that, then in Spain for a week the week after that, then Tenerife the weekend after that.
I just need a couple of days to work on the damn thing and I don't have the time :(

I'm not driving to Germany then Spain and how would I get it to tenerife :D
Would be nice though, working on it in nice warm weather :D
LOoks like a nice piece of kit, apart from the fact you cant take the face off!
Wouldnt want my whole interior ripped out because of a car PC :( they do it for a lot less than a screen and a pc too! (see other thread "The Damage :-("

Checked this web site and there was a lot of broken links which would make me pause before I purchased from this company!
