BOV fitting

So following on from a previous thread, I'm now looking at fitting a BOV to my BPU supra, currently running no BOV at all.

Now a member has kindly lent me their HKS one to trial, to see if I like it before I buy one. (very kind of him) Just taken a look tonight for the first time, now looking online it seems very simple, block off the top pipe (Already done as I have no BOV) then bolt to the other pipe, and plug the vac line in and away you go.

Now my car has a HKS boost controller and this appears to be using the vac line I need, now I want everything I do to be reversible so what do I do? Would I plug the BOV in then T the boost controller off it?

The last issue is the vac line looks to be too big to attach to the bov so guessing you require something to step it down?

Here is an image I found Google of fitting-

And Here is how my current set-up is fitted-

On mine I had the same problem. I ended up putting a smaller ID hose over the nipple, and then a larger ID over that to create the "step down".

Like it is in the picture you have up, but rather than a join in the middle, the smaller ID hose is inside the larger one.
