Do they work?
Is reception any good?
Do they all need a seperate live feed?
Any suggestions for ones to buy?
It's a pity someone couldn't organize a group buy of a replacement aerial , the standard one is horrible .
I wouldn't mind getting an electric one that was shorter and more modern looking. In an earlier post an aerial from a Merc SL was mentioned.
Not sure about the internal ones .
:(
If my electric aerial breaks or stops working, I'll be buying an S2000 aerial from Honda :nana:

Has nobody used one?
Has nobody used one?
Obviously not! ;)
do you mean the one in the rear?
I think they mean an aftermarket internal ariel. The internal one in the rear is shite isn't it?
Realise your talking about an aerial for ICE, but I had an internal aerial for my hands-free kit for the mobile and reception was as good as the external aerial.
I was considering removing the external and replacing with an internal when I upgrade the current system in the car.

I can't believe I typed that especially in relation to an object shaped like that *shakes head*

The internal aerial for a hands free kit (the ones that stick to the windscreen pickup connection from multiple high powered transmitters, usually stuck up inside petrol station signs etc ... Internal car aerials ... hmm would like to see one working due to the old radio wave hz rubbish ... If you want an internal aerial try going over to a DAB system, but even then they use a secondary external aerial.
Anyone trying the internal ? does it actually work ?
