I'm starting to look into buying a Supra when I get back from overseas. I was torn between this and a Mazda RX8. Whilst I'm not a mechanic by trade I love getting my hands dirty so the thought of either of these cars is not a problem to me! After looking around a doing my research I've decided a Supra is the way I want to go. I'm 22 and my no claims have no expired so it looks like a N/A-T route for me and Having a 1 year old funds as you can imagine are diminished. The final reason I made my decision against the RX8 is the people on the forums, everyone here is helpful and want to help, people on the RX8 forums however are not so helpful for lack of a better word, they just seem to be overly cocky and arrogant, whilst that doesn't stand for all of them, that is the general aura I get from their forums! I want to do this as a project on my own with the help of some unwilling victims of course! I see you can pay people to do the whole conversion, I quite like the idea of having fun whilst doing it! That way it's my car, I built it, only me to blame also helps with getting to know the car! I hope I didn't bore you all too much! Thanks to those of you who took the time to read my life story!
