Slight Burnt Clutch Smell question?

Hi guys,

May seem like a silly question to some, but I recently had a 6 speed box put into my supra along with a Spec stage 1 clutch and spec light flywheel.

Still getting used to it as I used to have a 5 speed setup.

Anyway, we live on a slight hill and had to maneuver the car around this evening. Gave it a few revs whilst bringing up the clutch to pull away a bit quicker to get out of the way of other cars coming along.

Afterwards when coming back onto my drive, I experienced a burning smell from which I think was the clutch.

Should the clutch be ok after this?

Just wanted to know for peace of mind really. Any response would be most appreciated.

Regards

Ash
