Hi,

After years of wanting a supra I eventually bought one last September from JM Imports. It's a '99 VVTI TT with 56k miles on, not one mod. Only downside is it's an auto! I'm in absolute desperate need of a V161 conversion along with diff, the money is ready and waiting. Some big plans to follow but I work in Afghanistan so I'm parted from it 9 month of the year.

I'm after a few small bits and bobs could someone point me in the right direction as to how to create wanted ads in the forum as there's no 'post new thread' option yet for me.

Anyway, good to be on here the forum has helped me a lot so far, so thanks for that and good to meet you all!

Ah cool I've got family over the 690 in East Rainton. Aye it's like a goldish silverish colour when it sparkles properly.

Yeah cheers mate I will do, I'm back in the UK in August so I'll have a ride through on the weekly meets. See you there

Nice car

it's a VVTI, so it will be a Tiptronic rather than an auto.rather than go manual, I converted my Tiptronic Supra to use paddleshifters rather than the stock buttons, and it is a huge improvement. There's details in my build thread on how this can be done. (see link in my Sig)
