Was going to bring the supra along this year:( The tarmac pitches had all been taken this year by the time I contacted them and there wasn't much interest shown for a club stand on grass. The trouble is with Santa pod events, we have to pay up front for the tickets and although we always get a long list of people who show interest initially when we reserve a pitch, when it comes to buying the tickets its quite hard work getting the cash in. When we request a pitch of say 40+ cars based on the initial list and then order 20 tickets it doesn't put us in a good position next time round. I don't blame people for not wanting to commit with cash so early on, as we all know the weather makes or breaks a day at pod, but they do have their way of booking stands and that involves paying up front. Have you bought a ticket up front with the club previously and parked up with us? Last years finale was a great turnout and we even managed to get a bigger pitch than we had initially reserved. We should have our own... I'm going and I know a few from this forum are going too . We will have a stand for the finale later in the year, its already been booked.
