LSD Rebuild Q

Had the LSD rebuilt , just drove her 13KM; but she is very noisy, best way to describe it is , as speed increases the diff noise increases but it loud enough to imped listening to the stereo at a sensible level, you can hear the diff turning , it is though there is no oil in it ; similar to the video below

I had an aristo diff in her the last 12 months and she was quiet

Its hard to explain, but do I need to put a few KM on her to quieten down?

LSD: Carbonetic (Has at least 100.000 KM on her)

Oil used: Motul PA 90

Hopefully Paul will comment :)

I reckon she is gone , might get a TRD diff

Wondering if I put in a new diff will I need to replace all the parts again?
