Alex Posted January 30, 2005 Share Posted January 30, 2005 I've seen worse but yes it does need to be replaced especially if you like running higher than standard boost. The easy option is a Chris Wilson or Lovatt SMIC they fit the stock location and don't cost the trillions that Toyota charge for a new SMIC. Scoboblio Posted January 30, 2005 Author Share Posted January 30, 2005 Thanks Alex, I've had my eyes on a CW IC for a while now, so I'm not upset that the opportunity has arisen Got to get the car back on the rolling road, just by changing the stock exhaust with a nurspec the boost has gone up from 0.75 to 0.85 (hit this last night in the cold), even with both cats still in place I knew the stock exhaust was restrictive but that's ridiculous!
