j_jza80
Just an FYI, I notice that people say that a 52mm gauge is a straight fit into the stock location. This may well be the case with pre facelift dash panels, but the clock aperture on the facelift dash is 62mm. Won't be difficult to make a spacer, but just thought I'd warn people. Does anyone have a pre facelift dash panel kicking around to measure the clock aperture ? Cheers.
listy
I can't tell you exactly how big it is, but when I fitted a 52mm gauge in there I had to file it out slightly to get it to fit. I'd say it's more like 50mm maybe 51.
Glanza_Mike
I fitted a 60mm defi in my facelift one and had to space it slightly because as you say its 62mm. Pretty decent fit though.
Scott
Had the same issue very recently. PITA it is
TuneR
I fitted an AEM A/F gauge in my facelift, i think thats 52mm. Made a holder out of wood and screwed that into the clocks old holes, attached gauge to it and it looks fine. Fitted a bit of black self adhesive insulation tape around it to finish it off and make the gap disappear.
Style
I fitted an AEM AFR gauge to my facelift clock hole and had to do some improvising. Luckily I'd just pulled a chrome surround of one of my Defi gauges and that filled the gap perfectly. I just bent the clamp a little that came with the gauge and it holds fine
