am i missing anything guys? is this a safe set up? and one final thing assuming engine is healthy what power output can i expect from this?

You don't need the A/F gauge, you'd need a wide band sensor for this to be effective. You might want to fit an Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) gauge instead but not vital at that boost.

You might want to add a dyno run to the list, so you can get the fueling checked and make sure everything is running okay.

Would suggest checking condition of your intercooler if not already done.

Speak to Chris Wilson (forum member) about the decat pipes and restrictor ring.

Everything else seems fine. I'd estimate 350 - 380bhp at the flywheel, someone with a similar spec may be able to give you a more accurate answer.

I'd estimate more like 330 at the flywheel, unless were talking US BHP?

I have a very similar spec and boosting to a bit over 1.2bar made 323 at the wheels and about 380 fly.

Almost exactly the same spec here (prior to FMIC) and slightly over 1.2 bar - 323 rear wheel hp.
