HKS Hipermax II and Hipermax Performers

Hi all,

Does anyone have any info on the pair of these? I am looking for +/- of each type compared to the other.

I know a lot of you run the II's and seem very happy with them for road/track. Does anybody have any experience/ good info on the Performers?

On the plus side they have independantly adj spring perches so no effect on preload but they also have slightly softer spring rates....any comments?

I was considering which of these to go for last week and so asked the tuners I use for their opinion. They said the Performers are one stage softer than the II, they said that the II would be the better choice on the Supra, they also sent me this graph that shows the qualities of each of the HKS models (see attached.) If you look on the MVP website it also gives a good description of each and spring rates.
