My monitor was on it's last legs so just ordered myself to this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00IOUBOB2/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1YY5I3WRCQSAO

Only problem is that my old graphics card is so old that it won't output at 4k

I'm not into gaming at all and don't watch many videos on my pc so I don't need a super dooper graphics card, but do need a new one. PC is mainly used for internet, and work documents.

Anyone recomend me a cheap replacement that will complimnet the new monitor, or anyone got a suitable one for sale?

Those monitors only have HDMI or DP inputs and at 4K are only 30Hz, one of the reasons they are so cheap for a 4K screen.

Is this cheap enough?

I know that the refresh rate is only 30hz but it makes no difference to me as I'm not into games.

That's might do the job

You will obviously need a PCI-e slot and suitable PSU, more info on the spec of the PC would help narrow down a card :)

PC has got a pci-e slot so that's not an issue. Can't remember pc spec and not at home right now but I'm slowly upgrading it as and when required so if needed i'll get a new psu.

Just found the link to current PSU. My nice Hyper died so got a cheap temporary one which I'm still using

That should be OK with the GFX card I linked, if you are not gaming you wont be stressing the GPU too much anyway and it appears to have sufficient power connectors as the card requires additional power input.
