do the stock lines need to be upgraded to run E85?

No stock lines are fine but you need a fuel pump and injectors that can handle alcohol based fuels. (most aftermarket ones do to be honest)

I wouldn't have thought the stock lines would flow enough to make it worth using ethanol? As you use so much more of it.

Good point, Depends how your car is setup really, if your asking can the stock lines handle e85 yeah they can but as jamiep mentioned you would need bigger lines to support more fuel.

I run the stock fuel line with an additional an6 coming from the rear to the front.

I've been thinking about this for my car recently. I like the idea of the fuel flex sensor linked to the Syvecs.

So if I uprated the fuel pipes from tank to the rail, checked to make sure my aftermarket injectors are rated for this type of fuel, bought and installed a fuel flex sensor, uprated to a compatible fuel pump and got the car mapped, basically I could run varying levels of this fuel type?

What fuel flex sensor are people using?

I would not have though the stock full pulsation damper line and feed line are ethanol compatible? Or the in tank lines for that matter.

The stock hardcopies under the car would be but thats all.

Been running methanol in tank for a while now with no issues, also who keeps the stock pulsation damper with top feed injectors? never seen that before.

You stated the stock likes are fine, but top feed and changing the fuel pulsation damper is not stock any more is it. The OP or someone else reading this may assume that they can just stick Ethenol in based on your statement and its not true they can't - that's all I'm saying not commenting on your setup personally
