Uk Pads

Hi guys I'm putting on my UK brake set up on this weekend and I was a little confused about pads as there is so much choice and price difference!

For example which would be the best for fast road / track days (oulton park)

Endless ME20 Brake Pads £230

Hawk HP Plus Performance Street Plus £130

RedStuff £105

STD Toyota £54 (probably not suitable)

Which is the best place to get them from?

Also which is the best type of Braided Hoses?

I'm use to mintex 105 pads for track days on my other cars but i've been told they don't do them for the supra DOH!


Any help would be much appreciated! :)

I use the Hawks on my car - coped really well at Donington just before Christmas, very little fade, even after a really long session.

STD Toyota ones did pretty well at Elvington, a bit of fade after some seriously mental high speed braking but I was impressed with them, no scary moments to speak of really.

I have Goodridge hoses, not sure how they compare to others but they fit well and hold the brake fluid.... guess that's all you can ask :)

I have the std toyota pads in at the moment
I think they are the best value for money, considering that the alternatives are at least twice the price.

Cheers guys i think i might go for UK std pads for now and see how i go with fast road and some track stuff. :)
