hey people

I am from Ire land and on the 23/9/2012 I bought my first Supra

after saving up since I was about 12 years old I finally stumbled on this car

the car is a

Toyota supra

twin turbo

j-spec

automatic

95000km

1995

iphone test 3293.jpg

iphone test 3278.jpg

iphone test 3267.jpg

these were the images I seen when it was for sale

as ye can see the bodywork was done when I bought it and it had been fully resprayed in a lighter Toyota red which looks beautiful

unfortunately the rear wheels do not meet rear arches because all natural body work is still underneath...

and again it is all flush and door locks are flush too

car had a lot of niggley little faults that just didn't adequately show its beauty

steering wheel

seats/with rips

boot lid wouldn't stay open

and carbon bonnet wouldn't close properly

if you have any sence mate steer clear of them I wouldn't deal with them again personally

Lol the mystery predator motorsport actually exists?? I tried to buy a couple of cars off them but trying to get hold of them is like getting blood from a stone!

as for the manual situation believe me id put in a R154 if I could but for personal reason that cannot be done but auto's isn't bad at all

more updates later today

Where abouts are you from mate? Any plans to sort the bodywork so real wheels will fit although it would be expensive id say? Looks similar to one that was broken in Cork here. I have an old Supra wheel you can have if you want but i think there's a tear in it. Ill have a look at its covered in dirt/grime.

right so first things first when I got home I couldn't stand the steering wheel so that had to ... sadly the one that was in it got jammed in a vice and died a horrible death

I moved on to this a little tacky I must admit but I like it

<a href=image" />

<a href=image" />

after the wheel was fitted with a snap off kit

I then went and bought a FMIC from SSI (supra specialist Ireland)

first time dealing with them and excellent people really know there stuff

<a href=image" />

<a href=image" />

so of course fitted that instantly

out with the old in with the new

<a href=image" />

<a href=image" />

then it was time to prep for a clean nothing major just keep it looking good!!!

pictures of the cleaning before it took place,

was in the shed and unfortunitly because of tax and insurance here it does 750km a year to shows only

<a href=image" />

<a href=image" />

and results after a quick clean

????

then after that I got a this

<a href=image" /><a href=image" />

cusco strut brace will respray all the blue bits red

here is the work being done

<a href=image" />

<a href=image" />

<a href=image" />

<a href=image" />

before and after

and then of course fitted

<a href=image" />

with and without strut brace

<a href=image" />

which was a nice addition

next thing I had to get was a exhaust because standard didn't cut it for me

so picked this up for the equivalent of about 80pounds now.

<a href=image" />

<a href=image" />

a little dirty but was cleaned immediately

As if they tried to give it back to you like that and make you pay?! Would have burnt your bumper after two miles

that is exactly what they did actually mate

didn't burn the bumper took a bit of paint off the diffuser

and the last pic is of it fixed

I will have pics up later of it on the car and another bit aswell

so I had to get the exhaust fixed immediately because well it was a disaster

and trying to find someone to fix it was difficult.

although he was a mechanic who was an hour and a half away

but here is the results

next thing that happened which wasn't on the to do list was after getting it washed the lacquer started to peel on the alloys.

so decided to get them sand blasted and reburbish and respray them

<!--url{0}--></p><p> </p><p> it consists of a pillar pod, apexi boost gauge and stand both brand new </p><p> </p><p> and my favourite new headlights fully refurbished with a brand new hid kit</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> and finished results with lights</p><p> </p><p> <img src=" /><a href=image" />
