scottybennoch
My supra is the first auto ca i have ever owned. It is a jspec n/a.... Basically as i am driving along if i take my foot of the accelerator my revs just drop stright away and don't slowly come down! I was wondering if this is normal for an auto or if somthing could be wrong. There is also a sound that goes with the drop in revs that sounds like lose of power. Tyson
how fast are you going and where is the needle on the rev counter ? Are you sure it's not just dropping a gear ?
Scott
As above, if you're above the stall limit then it should engine brake as normal. You'll need to be doing a reasonable speed for this to be the case.
