Problem with boost controler

Look at the front of the first turbo, above the alternator.

 

Remove the hose that goes between the compressor housing, and actuator. Your boost controller solenoid, plumbs in here - one hose to the compressor housing, and one to the actuator.

 

Then, unplug the blue plug on the tvsv solenoid, directly in front of the turbo.

 

That will default your car to actuator pressure (7psi). Then, use the boost controller to bring the boost level back up to your desired limit
