I'm Yoann, french and i have one supra TT A/T bpu uk spec I search information for change my A/T gearbox by M3 e36 6speed getrag. Philly_1 Lex Posted January 19, 2015 Share Posted January 19, 2015 Short answer = no. There is no point to look for an alternative transmission besides the V160/V161. If you are looking for a six speed box. It's benefits far outweigh any possible savings you will gain going with another box and all the custom crap that go with those.
