No aftermarket sound system. Have a Clifford alarm. If the alternator is on the way out does it bring up any warnings on the dash?

I noticed last week my bolts dropped but the car drove fine and later the voltage went back up. When I parked up I think the voltage seemed ok but can't honestly remember checking so maybe the alternator was only partially charging. I'm also going to ditch the turbo timer as I think it's been playing up and also I belive it maybe a fake.
