Some polish guy in my street has an accord that's matte black, looks nice It's the easiest thing to do. You don't even need to mask, you can spray everything, then peel away the bits you want. Argos do the sprayers for creosoting wood fences for £69 and apparently that does the job. Or you can get the proper ones for £120 I think. You need the proper gun, and especially the proper paint with proper thinners. Don't buy any old crap that isn't the correct stuff as it will go horribly wrong. How durable is the finish, does it rub/peel off easily, or is it quite hard wearing? You can get some good plastidip wash but you can't wash as normal. It's very durable if painted on correctly, as long as there are no tears or cuts a jet wash won't remove it. But if it comes off, just trim and paint the area Plastidip moulds to everything. You can get gloss plasti dip. I'd definitely look at that instead. Matte one side and glossed the other: [ATTACH]193881[/ATTACH] That is not gloss plastidip. It's lacquer added to the paint, which makes it impossible to remove and effectively becomes just like paint. You can get glossifiers to add to plastidip which work a bit and look ok. Oh it's the fonz that's doing it. Then yeah that would be glosifier and be the best, fonz is a legend in the plastidip world.
