Looking to find out what the recommended tyre psi would be for front and rear? Tyres are Falcon 245/35x18inch Front & 295/30x18inch Rear. Any advise would be appreciated. MattP Posted September 2, 2014 Share Posted September 2, 2014 30 all round and adjust based on tyre wear after 500-1000 miles. stock is a bit higher but with bigger tyres its trial and error I would think try the search box in the top right or google keywords for a more clear idea. Nic Posted September 2, 2014 Share Posted September 2, 2014 I'd start with stock pressures, then spend some time driving the car in the dry and wet, then adjust by a couple of psi at a time to get to what suits you best. Ideal tyre pressures will vary also depending on the brand of tyre you are using eg. my Toyo T1R tyres have a softer side wall and perform better on the road with a couple of extra psi above stock. Jellybean Posted September 2, 2014 Share Posted September 2, 2014 OEM recommendation is 36 psi all round , if you car is running the OEM rolling radius , you should be running 36 psi I played around with ranges from 32-36, I found a happy medium with 33-34 psi with regards tyre wear and comfort , with 36 psi I just found too much tramplining I run 19 35 245 and 19 35 285 rears , from the stock rolling radius the fronts are out by 1.68 % , the rears are out by 6.03% , Ideally I should be running a 30 profile rear OEM Tyres - front 235/45ZR-17 OEM Tyres - rear 255/45ZR-17 http://www.carbibles.com/tyre_size_calculators.html Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
