hi Guys

done a lot troubleshooting lately because my sup was unstable in idle and low rpm driving. It wont give me any error codes but I find out if I take the ground of the battery it disappears  If im driving in heavy rain or misty weather it can start again.

I think it could be a some electric or a sensor?

any of you tried this or now a bad point that can cause this?:search:

my supra is a NA-T manual.

You need to check resistance of ecu grounds at the ecu plug back to the engine block, and to each sensor's ecu ground pin.

You can check battery to engine ground by using a jump lead between battery negative and some solid, clean metal part of the engine.

Or measure the DC volatage betwwen battery negative terminal and the a clean bit of engine metal with the engine running. It should be in the

low mV range.

It's also perhaps conceivable the alternator has a rectifier issue and the output is very noisy. You'd need a `scope to effectively check that out.
