Seeing as my wheels are in need of a real good refurb im thinking of just replacing them with some new XXR wheels

These are what i have in mind

http://www.srbpower.com/productimage.php?product_id=79263

The wheels are

18 x 8.5 offset 25

and

18 x 10 offset 25

What size tyres will i be able to use on these as i really want as much grip on the rears as possible.

Any help would be great

I reckon you'd get a 285 on there with a more aggressive offset. Go for something like a 50 ;)

I'm planning on running 295 or 305's with just an arch cut! But the offset will need to be 50 at least

I have xxr wheels on mine (see my new supra thread) they are 25s, 10.5" on the rear, don't think the arches have been rolled, i'll check tomorrow

Unless your car is sitting its arse in the air, then I would bet the arches to have been done. Mine had NO choice but to get done. With the new Tein Coilovers I put on, Jamie strongly recommended a roll on it.. And boy I'm glad I did, cos there's no way even with a 'lowish car' you would have had trouble.

Looks the nuts tho! :D
