How do I remove a seized caliper slider?

I suspected my front drivers side caliper had seized. I checked the pistons and they pushed all the way out. I checked the sliders the bottom slider was stiff, I took it out cleaned it with brake cleaner and smeared it with silicone grease. The top slider won't budge, its like it's welded on, I've tried screwing the the bolt in, clamping mole grips on the bolt (inbetween the bolt head and rubber boot) and wacking mole grips with a rubber mallet but it won't move!

Any ideas how I can the bugger out?

Cheers!

Are these UK spec bigger brakes? I ended up having to replace the entire caliper seals and slider pins with the stainless steel ones when I did mine, go easy on the heat but I needed it to free one of the pins. It wasn't too expensive for the complete service kit and Chris Wilson sold everything required. Good luck with it.
