Hi guys.

ive been playing with the idea of building a FT1 body on a Supra mkiv. what would people say to that??

i got a designer with a big Mill that could help with most of it.

im thinking of building one but with the cut targa so i get a real convertable.. by that also lose the rear seats.

I think unless you have a rusty old mkiv shell to play with its worth a shot. Or your going to be way in over your head to get the curves/lines/surface of a ft-1 while risking it on a mkiv

I wont be cutting as you think.. the body will be 3d build. then milled on foam.. then make molds . and at the end build the body out of it. will be just like chaging panels on the car.

offcourse it wont be 100 accurate but very close.

I do hope that you panel skills are better then your photo shop ones ;)

Trust me im not a computer guy. incase i go forward with this then it will be designed by a specialist and build(milled) by a company before i build the panels.. people who know me know that quality is nr 1 for me.
