Ok I've read up about BPU etc

I have just fitted;

Fuel pump

Cat back

Decats

Restrictor ring

Induction kit

FMIC

Boost guage

Afr guage

Need a part number for correct spark plugs as I've found people say afew different ones when I have been searching.

Thinking of getting a greddy profec boost controller.

Will also be getting an oil cooler for gearbox and have been looking at the Titan torque converter but I don't know what stall speed I would need?

Anything else I need or people recommend.

With an increase in boost, a ‘colder’ grade plug is required with a closer gap. There are two basic options:

- Iridium IK22 plugs

- NGK BCPR7ES

The iridium’s will last longer (most people get >10k miles) but typically cost £60 a set

The NGK’s need replacing around 3k miles, but cost £14 a set

Good cut and paste :)

Most people (afaik) use NGK Iridium BKR7EIX these days. Available at circa £7 a plug from the right supplier.
