Hi guys

I have had a very bad start to the week!!!!

Early this afternoon, my Supra caught fire in the work car park. It looks like part of the wiring loom on the drivers side wing has shorted out. By the time I got to it this was all in flames with lights, horn etc blazing away!!

So then started ringing round for a truck to come and take it away. Finally found one, who said he would be there for 5 5.30pm. Excellent I thought. Told him what car it was and that it has an aftermarket front spoiler on - no problems he said.

Finally turned up at 5.45 took one look at it, tried halfheartedly to put it on and then said he couldnt do it, the car would have to stay outside my work and off he went.

Tried all the big organisations, got quotes etc, but because I live more than 10 miles away they could not guarantee that they could take me all the way home!!

Found another local guy who came straight out. Got it on the trailer without too much bother and home we go.

Got to the house start to take it off the trailer, and it gets caught. Oh dear I thought. We stopped, had a look and then decided to go very gently with 3 people lifting the front wings in the hope of keeping damage to a minimum.

It finally got totally stuck, so instead of taking it back up, he got in the truck and dragged the ramps away

I now have one smashed aftermarket front spoiler.

GUTTED

Now just need to find out what went wrong with the wiring!!!

Thanks for listening!
