Have a look in your yellow pages for local boat builders or pool liners . Fibreglass stockists ect ..They will ussualy sell it to you in meter lenghts and with resin and TBH its better stuff than the Halfrauds stuff at a fraction of the cost. There is a company near me called gruppe8 but I think this may be a tad to far from you:)

these guys are the best for this stuff. most people off the talk audio forum use these guys....highly recommended.
this is a very long process and is not the easiest thing to do. i did one similar to this in mine a while ago and it takes a while to do! also materails will probably cost you about 80 quid + roughly.
brown brothers,(partco)
sell in packs or 1 square m £3.00 ish
resin & activator from there aswell

How does it work then? How do you get the shapes without a mould?
Not for amateurs I'm guessing? Damn.

BTW what is the best stuff to buy there seems to loads of different stuff to buy to do the same job. any one with experience please make your selves known
you want to get some polyester resin and some catalist (hardner), and some csm which is chopped strand mat. that should do for the fibre glass side of things.....then some body filler (pref. easy to sand stuff!)

If I was going to attempt such a thing I would make myself a pattern, possibly out of polystyrene which you can actually carve and sand to shape. As in the sticky post on the supra forum, I would then cover the pattern with foil then build up layers of resin and mat on top of that.
You'll need a hell of a lot of patience though will lots of filler and sand paper.
