Hi guys.

It's nearly time to get the supra back on the road and I'm in need of a few service items, just don't know what to ask for.

I'd appreciate your knowledge thanks :)

I have a supra n/a auto for now and would like to service it.

Here is a list of parts I'm after, part numbers if anyone knows them ? Or what I should get.

1) engine oil and oil filter. What type of oil and part number for filter ??

2) n/a auto gearbox oil and filter. What type of oil and filter part number ??

3) fuel filter ??

4) UK spec rear disks.

I have the brake callipers and pads, anything else I need for the conversion ??

4) brake fluid.

5) 501 numberplate bulbs in ice white LED, will I need can us bulbs to stop errors ?? 93 plate supra ??

Is 6000k the best to go for ? For HID kit ? Currently have 8000k.

6) coolant type ??

That is all for now.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can help ;)

See FAQ section here for fluids: http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?56684-FAQ-Oil-Fluid-Interval-Capacity-Steering-Brake-Coolant-Diff-Engine&highlight=fluids

5. I'd personally avoid HID bulbs and go with good quality Xenon bulbs from the likes of Osram or Philips. http://www.powerbulbs.com/store/category/car-bulbs/fitting/hb3-9005

A small hand grinder with a cutting disc to trim down the backing

plates so the calipers will fit, some decent quality braided lines &

Motul RBF 600 or 660 brake fluid

Get enough to flush through the whole system and if you can get one a

vacuum bleeder as it makes bleeding the brakes quick and simple

Thanks dunk. Any idea on how much brake fluid is needed and where I can get these braided lines for back and front ??

I'd get a couple of litres of brake fluid.

You can use DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 if you wish which you can

buy from any motor factors on the high st and is much cheaper than

the Motul fluid

Motul RBF 600 and 660 is high performance fluid with better boiling

points but i doubt will be available on the high st.

OPIE oils sell Motul RBF 600 and it's £13.55 for 500ml

DOT 5.1 is £6.54 for 500ml and plenty good enough for road use or even track use if

the fluid is in good condition

Braided lines from http://www.helperformance.com

Or search for Goodridge braided lines or give Chris Wilson a call on here as i think he

should be able to get you some, only get them with st/st ends.
