Over the period of Dragon ball a group of us are going to be up your kneck of the woods from the 15th to the 18th of May. There is a group of us coming from south Wales and and three down from Scotland.

We are staying in kendal at a private manor and we would like to know if any members would like to meet up and show us some views as we have a few keen photographers with is to shoot the supras.

It would also be great if you could share some knowledge as to things we can get up to. There will be around 7 supras and around 12 of us.

That's a shame it sounds like a good weekend, im on the dragonball14 run, Kendal is alright not a big night out type of place, but you will enjoy the road around there, watch for the Police around Kirby Lonsdale ( devils bridge) big Bikers place ;)

Cheers

Hope you have a great time. Lovely area but not a lot to do. Try a drive around tarn how's from Ambleside. Park up at the top and walk round the lake. One of the most scenic. Drive from Ambleside over gilbeck up to kirkstone pass inn for lunch and the down the other side along ullswater. Brew and cake in pooley bridge. If the weather good it would be a nice drive.

Kendal. The wife has the details. Can find out when she is home.

To be honest there isnt a really a decent pub in Kendal although its a 20 years since i lived there lol, There are some cracking roads though if you come out of Kendal towards Windermere you come to a large roundabout ( on the ringroad ) take the B5284 to Bowness on Windermere the jump on the little ferry across windermere ( no a big toll charge ) Take the B5285 for a few miles till you come to the B5285/86 turning and carry on the B5285 ( left ) to Coniston, when in Coniston you can either turn left and go round Coniston and run to the bottom of Windermere and back up OR turn right and run upto Ambleside and pick another route from there depending on how long your out etc etc

Cheers
