How do you get the front off the steering wheel?

As title suggests I have been trying to get the front part of the wheel off as my horn has stopped working and I wanted to check the connection. There doesn't appear to be an obvious way of doing it!

It's the facelift wheel by-the-way (not the spoked one). Any ideas would be appreciated.

should ahve 2 or 3 screws holding the airbag on...6oclock, 9 and 3 positions...on the side of the wheel... may have caps on to cover the bolts...

disconnect the battery before you remove the airbag though or it could go off! :p
