Hi Chaps..

I have an issue with the BOV pipe on my BPU tt6. Car has the OEM BOV.

The pipe keeps on blowing off under boost..

It is as shown in the pic below.

The pipe is a new OEM pipe, the clamps are new OEM, I even tried thick cable ties..

Is the BOV not functioning correctly?

The boost does vent through the intake, so I think its working...

Anything I can do here?

Appreciate any help..

When does it come off, at full throttle or as you lift off?

If its at full throttle the the vavle should be shut anyway! Plus I thought you said you can hear it rcurculating ? I presume on lift off

Its on full throttle mate..

It does recirculate when the pipe stays on, so I guess its working?

Then its simply not on tight enough, As the boost rises its just forcing its self off, I know its obvious but did you make sure that the connection to the bov was clean and oil free? other then that all i can say is bend the stock toyota clips so that its tighter ,as you may have bent them too wide when fitting making them loose?

Thanks mate..

I did make sure it was clean, will double check..

Also getting some jubilee clamps, hopefully it sorts the issue out..
