Test Drove

Test drove a Supra TT J-spec Auto today and now am looking to test drive a 6 Speed Manual.

I enjoy manual gearbox in general, how I have been informed that the clutch is very heavy on the manual gearbox. Well how heavy? I no its needs to be a bit heavy to cope with the 300 odd BHP but I am just wondering what its like before I test drive one, when ever I can find one near me.

Thanks

The clutch is heavy, depends what you're used to really.

I don't find it's a problem until it's stop/start traffic for ages then you notice it.

Difficult to explain but not 'normal car' light feel to it but then again it shouldn't be a massive effort.

Bastard! :D ;)

Well, what can I say to that? In my experience the clutch is heavier than my Celica and MR2 but about equal to my RS escort.

Not a massive problem but we ain't talking Fieasta/Corsa 'light' here are we lads?

Just off to punch someones lights out, have a few jars, smoke some tabs, all to prove I'm not a pansy :D
