Websites for buying Brand name alloys - 3 piece

I refuse to use Driftworks anymore after I got shafted on the last wheels I bought from there so does anyone know of any good websites that have listings for decent second hand wheels. I'm not looking for budget ebay ones, I'm more after the likes of SSR Professors SP1's or Work Meister S1's, that sort of thing. I've been keeping an eye on Japanese Performance but they're stock doesn't seem to change much. I know Jurgen imports them but I got a bit lost on the Japanese Yahoo when i used it last time :D

My second question is for people with 19" wheels. Is there any noticeable cons over 18" ones? Also, what sort of offset can I get away with if I was to go 19x9 up front and 19x10 at the rear with the arches rolled? 19's just seem to fill the arches a bit better to me than 18's.

Although 19's fill the arches much better, I found the ride was worse. After a few months of running 19's, I went back to 18's.

How they fill the arches also depends on how the camber etc is set up. I have 18's now (as I said) and with the drop, and camber on the rear, I couldn't run 19's anymore.

Also, the only place I would buy second hand wheels, is from here. They do come up from time to time at good prices ;)

For 18's i'm planning around 18x9 and 18x10 and around ET25. Should be a nice fit with the arches rolled. Tbh, nice wheels are very rare on this Forum, i've been keeping an eye out for an age. I'm looking for a website with a good stock to choose from rather than wait for the odd chance a set will come up.

Some 19's look too big and some 18's look too small imo, it all depends on what alloy you go with. I got my SSR's off Dave in Japanese Performance, 18*10 and 18*9 et34. I had them refurbed after though as i wanted a different colour and im quite happy with them now.

Silly wide 19's and lowered on Eibachs were fine on my car, handling was great but the ride

was harder due to lower profile tyres so very little give in the sidewall.

The car was set up at Center Gravity after the wheels, suspension and roll bars

were fitted.

My car wasn't a daily so i had no problems with it, if it's your only car and

you have poor roads where you have to drive stick with 17's in stock profiles.

A pic of my car lowered and on the 19" Equips, nuff said :)
