Jonnybravo2667 Posted August 24, 2013 Share Posted August 24, 2013 Hi all i have j-spec brakes and i have just replaced the rear calipers with reconditioned ones and i have a rattle from the pads, i know its the inside pad thats rattling because i can move it very slightly, the pads are new also, what can i do to fix this? is there a anti rattle spring kit or something i can get? Guest Benny9 Posted August 24, 2013 Share Posted August 24, 2013 Hi Yes it should have a brake pad retainer/anti rattle clip, can you check if it's there? I had the same thing on mine, it was coming from the front drivers side and after checking realised there was no retainer clip holding them down, I could only find the part from Toyota who wanted to charge £40-60!!!! if I remember right. if you still have you're old calipers/brakes see if its still got the clip to reuse a lot cheaper Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
