You can buy them little air compressor driven sanders with the little 2-3" sanding disks that are flexible which I suppose you work up the grit range then something like a mop should do but I'm not an expert at all lol I did the I let manifold on my mr2 by hand once wasn't mirror polish but was shiney enough for me lolimage

 

I'm going to be doing my rockers and a few other bits soon too ill have to see how that goes by hand but if anyone knows an easier way ill appreciate it too
