Help?

On my way home after mapping and now broken down in Northampton town centre.

Nothing major, just run out of electricity.

The alternator decided it was time to die.

Is there a member close by with a charged battery and a pair of jump leads I could borrow?

That would give me enough electricity to get home.

Cheers

Guigsy isn't online and his number is in my old phone at home and his U.K. spec is at Dans.

Shane I is still on the train home or maybe in France.

Steve has gone out for the evening.

Have persuaded Bob to turn out, so now just need to wait.

Thank you.

Not one of the angry would stop to help and pushing the car out of their way, uphill in the pouring rain on my tod, has put my bad back back a month or so. :(

Nevertheless, a battery full of electricity got me home nicely and a replacement alternator has been sourced. :)

Aye, I know that frustration. I've been stuck on a roundabout before and must have been upwards of 50 cars driving past (not before beeping, waving hands etc - what, you thought I broke down on purpose???) before 1 kind soul eventually offered to help. Glad to hear it's sorted.
