Fitting a momo boss and OMP steering wheel to non-air bag car - issues :(

I have removed the stock steering wheel and there is a male connector block behind so I cannot fit the boss over this as it is in the way.

Can someone tell me, can you remove this connector block and is it a simple case of then connecting up the wires that feed this connector block to the new horn wires or is there other tasks that have to be done. I have definitely got the right boss from Demon Tweaks

Any help appreciated!

It must be the wrong boss kit, maybe for a mk3

I fitted one on mine and it has a gap in it so it misses the big block connecter you are talking about

then the standard horn wire which was connected the stock wheel to the horn push button and job done

I have also had the same issue. I had to bite the bullet and buy the HKB boss that Driftworks sell. It fits perfectly and clears that connector block. Mine is also a non air bag model Supra.

I've heard a few stories of people buying a boss from Demon Tweeks for the mkiv Supra and they don't fit.

Thanks for the help and advice, I definitely have a non-airbag car without cruise control (1993 car :D), so the demon tweaks boss is going back and have bought the HKB boss from Driftworks instead
