I'm looking at engine cranes as I'm going to need one soon, I was going to hire one but its £20 a day and I'll probably need it for about a week plus driving back and forth to collect it will probably be cheaper to buy a cheap one. Do I need a long reach crane or will a standard one do if the front bumper and slam panel is removed? I was thinking about one of THESE. Any opinions

I've got one you shown from same supplier in my workshop and it's fine. Only problem we had was top of hydraulic pump holder broke off and had to be rewelded after one use. Once we done it, lift was faultless till today (over 2 years of quite heavy use)

Thanks for reply. My main concern is does it have a long enough reach?
