Hi All,

Will be picking up my new motor next Saturday so thought I'd come on and say hello.

Here's the new beastie

It's an N/A version but just coming from an N/A MR2 so if the piss taking on here is the same as the mr2oc then I'm sure I'll here from the TT guys before long:D

Here's a piccy of my 2 which I will miss but will be on the lookout for a MK1 MR2 to keep me in the fold.

Anyhoo, sure I'll be back pretty soon with lots of questions, if anyone can name the wheels on the car I'd appreciate it as need two rear centre caps:(

Cheers

Todd

Lovely looking Supra/MR2 Todd.

Welcome to the site...

Elliot > Its a stock front with the Greddy/Wings West lip

Also Todd when you get the car check the wheel sizes...

I had those wheels on another car and I know for a fact the biggest size they do is 18x8" - which is smaller (width) than even the stock wheels. It will cause undesirable handling on the Supra TBH.

Best Regards,

Gaz.

I've never driven the MR2 but I'm sure you'll get more satisfaction in the NA!

What front is that on the Supe?

No idea what front is on it, even the skirts look slightly different to the standard ones, I'll get better pics next weekend and post them up, sure someone will now.

As fot getting more satisfaction in the Supe........No Comment, sure I've seen Shaf on here, he might tell someone back on the mr2oc :p

LOL!! I'll second that!

Welcome aboard, Todd.

If you keep the Supe as tidy as that MR2, it'll be an eyecatcher.

And as a TT owner......no I won't take the mick! I like both to drive in different ways. The N/A has its' plus points too.

Good advice, was the same with the mr2 meets, no matter how nice your NA is you always wanted a tubby:devil:

Done the turbo thing before with some past cars but no want to go back again so will be quite content with the NA (nobody quote me when I'm pining for a TT).

Not had a look yet but whats the meet situation like for Scotland?

Oh and thanks for the warm welcome all:thumbs:

Welcome mate, your MR2 looks amazing, Im sure you even thinked twice about getting rid of it, real clean looking........ ;)

You wont get any hassle from the TT owners on here, we're, Erm, a lot more civillised then that, sometimes........... And for your first fact, the NA is just as quick as the TT through the first two gears.

The picture isn't that clear, but I reckon they're Wolfrace Urban Racer 5 wheels, same as I had on my old MR2.

Well picked the new motor up yesterday and well chuffed, other than a sticking rear caliper and the lack of centre caps (where can i get them?) I'm over the moon.

Here's some piccies (scuse the dirt but weather was cr*p).
