Carefully! :p
Seriously though. Make yourself up a couple of support braces that will fix to the sides of the existing bracketry, and underneath the Becker unit. There will be screws on the side somewhere you can utilise... We use central locking support bars, they look line Meccano strips. Plenty of mounting holes.
Failing that, carefully file out the dash facia... Very carefully, and only assuming you're keeping that radio in the car.
Nice, quality, unit BTW. :)
Good luck! :)
thanks for the quick reply got it mounted now but am stuck on wiring the reverse and speedo signal?
on instruction it says:
Connecting the reverse signal
if the switch on gear box or shift linkage is accessible
connect a separate lead to active contact
connect the lead to scoket A2
low level = earth, high level = 12-16v
Connecting the speed signal(GAL) for the speedo meter
remove the signal from speedo meter and connect to scoket A1
where do i get those signals from on a 93 n/a auto?

You can get the speed signal from the pink wire at the top of the upper dash panel, on the plug for the ODO. I expect the reverse wire would be on one of those plugs down by the gear selector, but I've never tried looking for it, sorry.
Failing that, you don't realy have to connect the reverse wire....
thanks matt got it all working now with out the reverse connected, great stereo
