French Road sign question

Might be one for the French people on the forum, but I have come across a road sign on the DB13 route that says no right turn, but has a picture of a truck under it. Making me think it is no right turn for trucks only, but cars can do it.

Anybody confirm that? Picture attached

I can help :)

the top road sign : no turn right

the small one : for truck

so -> no turn right for trunk only

any small picture under a road sign means conditions of this sign.

the 3rd one is "céder le passage" meaning "you have not the priority"

The french road sign system is a pain...even for french people :)
