Just so you know that is the same one that was for sale in Ireland a few months ago, i comtemplated trading my tiptronic with cash for it but decided not to bother. It sold for under €13k so there is quiet a price difference there even if you have a vehicle registration tax (like in Ireland) in Sweden! I have the old donedeal advert there if you'd like it.

Also before it was sold for that price it was discussed on here when it was up for sale for €12k for aaaages(sold for less i reckon):

Yup thought I recognized it, IIRC it was up for the equivalent of less than £10k with the exchange rate.

Which is about right IMO, especially for a RZ-S rather than an RZ. I'd also take the mileage with a pinch of salt as I would with 75% of the ones for sale.

mileage is 100% real.. it was my old supra and belonged to a friend before me who brought it in himself in 2008 and left it sitting up as he didnt pay the vrt tax for near 3 years after... every part in the car does suggest the mileage correct as in never messed with in japland and definatly never messed with here.. will never see one like that again..

whats the difference between RZ and RZ-S?

so it was sold for 13000? thats good to know, then i can haggle better i think... i just called the car dealer. and he confirmed that the car is from ireland. its pretty fu cking awsome that i could get that information from the net, he was quite surprised when i knew what he bought the car for.... thx for the help.

if i get a good price i might get it.

Thanks again for the tip on where it came from and what it was sold for.

RZ is the top of the range, will definitely have larger 4 pot brakes & recaro seats(possibly carbon steering wheel as well).

SZ-R won't have these unless they were spec'd to the car when new or added at a later date.

Quick search of one of Japans car sites revels several of these later cars:

Two RZ-S's:

http://www.carsensor.net/usedcar/detail/CU1661283377/index.html?TRCD=200002

http://www.carsensor.net/usedcar/detail/CU1673155659/index.html?TRCD=200002

Two RZ's:

http://www.carsensor.net/usedcar/detail/CU1658876597/index.html?TRCD=200002

http://www.carsensor.net/usedcar/detail/CU1610828545/index.html?TRCD=200002

If you are willing to pay the money there are plenty of these examples available.

But as for lining someones else's pockets with £15K+(profit) I'd be looking else-ware.

The VRT is correct anyway, it was registered in April 2010. 49k km, it could well be but as said before id be just as wary as any other car.

Ya thats bullshit, i dont mind anyone trying to make a quick buck but thats greed to the max. Id ask Jurgen above to sort it out or i may sell you a tiptronic for a mere €15k if you want in a few months lol. Here is the registration for when it was in Ireland although it wont give you much more info then you have already found out here.

Hello supra experts.

i am out hunting for a nice supra. what do you think of this car? is it over priced? any negativ feedback? let me hear your thoughts-

they want around 30,000 gbp for it

http://www.blocket.se/kronoberg/Toyota_Supra_TT_manuell_facelift_VVT_i_45329454.htm?ca=5&w=3

The price mentioned on the site is 199.000. If that is in Swedish Krons then the price in GBP would be 20.289,48 in my converter. Which is 23.564,008 Euro's. I think that's a fair price.
