Hey guys,

I know there are a few guys here who are runnign or have had experience of the Greddy Emanage Blue.

So I was wondering if anyone had the wiring diagram for how to wire this up to the stock harness?

I believe it is different to how the Ultimate is wired up so looking for something specific to the "Blue" in order to make sure its all correct!!

Cheers All!

I used this thread off club na-t mate, the blue has the injectors spliced into the loom though instead of cut and taken through the emanage (hope that makes sense:))

Cheers Paul,

If the injectors are only spliced into the loom, then what is it that is sending the injector signal to the injectors? Would have thought they would have potentially been reciving signal from both units then?

Once your sorted you should post up exactly what you need to do to install it so it makes life easier for others, just as I've tried searching and can't find anything on it mate lol ;)

The E-Manage Blue only taps into the injector signals because it can only extend injector duration time, not reduce it. It does this by sampling (reading) the duration of the pulse from the ECU, measuring it, and when it stops, putting out its own signal to extend the duration. Well, I say signal, what it actually does is give the injector a ground. So, if the ECU does a 10ms pulse and you've got +20% injector duty cycle at this precise moment, it'll wait 10ms then continue to give the injector a ground signal for another 2ms after the stock ECu stops providing it.

Hope that makes some sort of sense :) I've got a wiring diagram for the EMB and EMU but it's for the TT ECU/wiring look so I'm not sure how helpful it will be?

Edit - attached it anyway :)

Edit again - it's got an "E-Manage Ultimate to NA" guide I must have updated it with in the dim and distant past, maybe you can figure out the EMB wiring from that and the "E-Manage Blue" sheet.

This is the information I followed.

But as said the injectors wires only splice into the loom, not through it as in this guide (it's for the Ultimate). Hope this helps a bit mate as I struggled a LOT as well, wiring and electronics is not my best point:D

Thanks for clearing that up Ian, I always did wonder how it worked. Is it along the same lines why you need a resistor pack for the mkiii turbo injectors as the emanage blue can't pull it back only add?

Paul, John, those replies are excellent! Thankyou so much for all the help with this. I'm with Paul on the 'wiring not being my strong suit' & there is very minimal (or sparcely located) information about wiring up a Emanage Blue.

Ian, that explanation about how the Blue works in conjunction with the injectors was fantastic!!! I really had no idea what it actually did prior to that as i didn't understand how the splicing worked, but that answered that brilliantly.

I will add all this information up together in the Club NA-T group as I think this yet more examples of the invaluable information this forum has to offer that will make a great addition to information colelcted together so far! :)

Hopefully I can try and put together when I do mine, or have a look at one already wired up and I can document it down and get that up in there similar to the spreadsheet Ian has provided!
