Ati/Titan crank pulley??

It needs to be honed. Measure the crank nose, then measure the inside of the pulley. You want the inside of the pulley honed out about .0015" to .002" bigger than the crank nose.

Get yourself to your local DIY shop and buy a flapper that fits in your drill and hone it out that way. Make sure you do it evenly all the way through. Don't just go for it though. Do a little all the way through and check, then a little more and check etc etc. you don't want it anymore than .002" for a good fit.

its a libbity surely it must be a mistake on there part

Totally agree,I noticed hodge couldn't get it back off the crank without a press ,no good unless your doing an engine out job, even then you would have to take the engine apart and remove the crank ..think I may go new oem for my build

People also run high power on the oem pulley without problems.

Loads seem to use oem, sats motorsport supra has a full built car backed with sponsors,in 2011 they knocked the bottom end bearings out using aftermarket damper ,2012 fresh build oem pulley 1000+hp still on that engine for this season
